Acrylics trial

Just for fun, took a portraits class with a friend from a local artist, Jim Middleton. My medium of choice is oil paints and I don't know if I'd ever worked with acrylics before. Certainly this was my first time using acrylic paints for a portrait.
While oil paints require a lot of patience, due to taking forever to dry... I found acrylics really frustrating because I didn't have the malleable medium for blending and mixing... it kept drying faster than I could blend. It was fun though. But I keep seeing things I want to fix with this image every time I look at it, lol.
